On September 8th of this week my fiancé and I and OUR 2 daughters were in a horrific car accident, the OWNER himself told my fiancé the Tow would be FREE! So my fiancé just got home from TRYING to go get pictures of the car and our title. But when he got there the owner came out and started screaming belligerently saying swear words saying we didn’t even own the car! That we were just trespassers. He couldn’t even tell us how much we owed to get it out!!! NO ONE USE THIS MANS TOWING BUSINESS!! Like in the other comments he’s a THIEF.
Called multiple times to get a vehicle out of the lot told him we were going to be there in a couple minutes didnt show up for an hour and a half.
The owner is extremely rude and entitled. DO NOT USE THIS TOWING SERVICE
Very unprofessional & rude. I do not recommend using this company!!!
This place is the worst towing experience I have ever had!
