Jon and his wife are very friendly and family oriented. This is the second time I did business with Ferrell's and will in the future. Their lil old dog Bentley is very cute.

If I could give them more than five stars I absolutely would.I took my daughter down here to buy her very first car they were kind considerate and extremely helpful and had her in the car that same day. Fast forward a month later my little girl was in a terrible car accident and totaled that car. The concern of my daughter's well-being went beyond compare the help that they gave us and getting her in a new car as soon as possible was unbelievable. The care and concern that they show shows that they are real people understanding real people's needs. The customer service they show is beyond comparison I am truly grateful for everything they have done for my daughter and my family. Thank you so much!

We had to take the van to a mechanic within a week of buying it because it started smoking badly. So far we've been told that it has a significant oil leak that has possibly damaged other parts of the engine, we are waiting to hear back so I will come update this again with the end total but it's at least a few hundred we'll have to put into it within just a few weeks of purchasing it. I think honestly the worst part of this is that you were driving it around, and had a mechanic take a look at it for an unrelated reason before selling it meaning you knew it had these issues and did not disclose that to us before selling. This was, by far, the best car buying experience I've ever had. I told John what I wanted, how much I could spend and what my payments should be like. Within no time he came through! I have a great car in the price range I needed. I would recommend Farrell's Deals on Wheels to everyone!

DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM THEM. Bought a car from them and not even 3 days later the transmission goes. We call Farrell’s to see what they can do, but since they say it’s not their problem.. they GOOGLE a “solution” because they don’t want to deal with it. I DO NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE BUYING A CAR FROM THIS PLACE. LOOK ELSEWHERE. Horrible customer service from both John the owner and George the salesperson.
