Best. Service. Ever. I parked on the street in downtown Medford on a cool, crisp, and gloomy day. Once I came upon my car I noticed my car window was shattered. Nothing humbles you faster than a cracked windshield. Thankfully, these folks know exactly what they’re doing. I called down to get a quote and was greeted with kind, friendly, and exceptional service. My window was ordered and I was eager to get it replaced. When I went down I was treated as a friend and a valued customer. The two in the shop definitely kept it lively. And, as I ventured to the window to watch the man, the myth, the legend himself replace my window - I was on the edge of my seat as if I was waiting at my home window waiting for an Amazon package to arrive. Charge for services not rendered then when questioned they tell you that's not part of their service. They charged for for glass removal and disposal. They did not remove of or dispose of the glass. When questioned about the charge, they said they don't dispose of glass the resident removes on their own. What if it equates to the entire door? See picture of glass they left behind. Already charged me $700, said they would pick up and dispose of the leftover glass for an extra $100.
