Been towed several times with the current company I drive for. This was a better than expected experience. Fast hookup and return to terminal. Chris is a great operator and just really a great all around guy.

James Hughes saved my butt once off the shoulder of the interstate. I had a blowout in an EXTREMELY dangerous position. James showed up laser focused and got my wife and me out of there quickly and safely. I haven't personally known many tow truck drivers in my life, but with James, there is no need to. He doesn't just check the boxes, his service is superior. Keep up the great work James!!!

They hauled a 35ft RV. He picked it up without me being there. No Problem. Here at my house he had a tricky maneuver. To get his tractor (whitch is as long as my 35ft RV. In threw the fence then the gate. He did it. Didn't touch the fence at all. I was amazed. The man knows what he is doing! His name is Chris Banks. Very friendly man. God Bless him. I recommend them. This was the best towing service experience I've had in my 25yrs of trucking. The Driver's name was Rocky, the guy was professional and gave regular updates. He knew what he was doing. My truck is a peterbilt 9 car hauler so it's low and it had air issues I was actually on the way to get repaired when the motor went. He was knowledgeable enough to get around that. He texted me to keep me informed of what actions he took to secure my truck and he answered every one of my text and calls. My truck is being towed from shreveport to OKC. Awesome service. My wife, myself, and our golden retriever were stranded on I-35 just north of OKC, and Travis saved the day. He was able to pick us up and get our car off the road after our car was hit by a tire. Travis was very courteous, polite, and professional. Would highly recommend Travis and Farrington.
