John always gets our vehicles in quickly no matter how busy he is. His prices are very competitive and he always offers great advice. I’m happy to have found my mechanic for life. My family wouldn’t think of going anywhere else.

Owner was EXTREMELY rude when I went to drop my car off after rearranging my schedule for the next two days. I set this up via email as my job does not allow time for me to make calls between 9-5. When I arrived as I was told his name was Jon he told me that it was a “waste of time” to schedule anything via email as he works as phone only when I asked about being able to drop my car he said he didn’t know and didn’t know “what to tell me.” Strong NO as a new customer.

If you're having car troubles in Chester or the surrounding area, this is the place to go! John is very knowledgable and thorough, but also doesn't go looking for problems with your vehicle. If you've got a specific issue/concern, he addresses that and doesn't nickel and dime you for problems that could be there if you drive an older vehicle. Clarice is great, quick to get back to you with quotes and is very friendly. We've been taking our cars to them for years now and really enjoy working with them. They are very responsive to calls and quick to get work done. I would recommend them to everyone!
