Fast auto service

Henry and his crew are amazing. I have used them for 3 different vehicles. He always gets me in same day and he’s very fair and honest. Anything this location can’t handle he has one other location as well. Love fast auto.

I had a frustrating payment issue at Fast Auto Service. The final bill was higher than what I was initially told, and the breakdown wasn’t clearly explained. I felt caught off guard at checkout. Better transparency and clearer communication about pricing would make a big difference.bad

Very disappointing experience at Fast Auto Service. The repairs took much longer than promised, and communication was poor. I felt like I had to constantly follow up just to get updates. Definitely not the smooth or “fast” service I expected.

Went to get an oil change. Was quoted $65. Asked about the cost of switching out my lightbulbs in my headlights. Was not quoted or told if that was a service that was even provided. So agreed upon service was set for oil change only. After waiting 40 minutes for what i thought was a really long oil change (considering i was the only car there at the time), they proceeded to tell me my total was $130. That was the total for switching my lightbulbs and doing my oil change. I refused to pay that and negotiated a more reasonable price being that we never confirmed that service nor did you tell me a quote and check to see if i was okay with it. The price wasn’t so bad. It was the principle. Super disappointed because I’ve been here before a few times & never had that happen to me.

Pragmatic, reasonable and reliable service. Take care of your car now. Excellent service!
