Never picks up the phone even when it says he’s open, the brakes I was given were twice faulty, but I find myself unable to go in and switch them out with my warranty because he never picks up!

I have been taking my cars here for 10 years now! I’m from The OC originally. Never done me wrong! I just moved to the area in the middle of July and I needed to find a auto shop. Looking online I saw this shop with too many good reviews to be true. I had to find out for myself and I decided to give Tuan and his crew a try at Fast Autoworks. These guys did an amazing job on the suspension and steering for my 1990 Mustang GT. They were honest and upfront about everything they did. My car's not the newest around but they treated it as if it was. What amazed me even more was that Kevin called me 2-3 weeks after my visit just to check on how the car was running. I have never had a shop show this level of service to make sure I was satisfied. Was stranded on the side of the road, AAA was going to drop my car off here but I wanted to get a quote first and I called, they were supposed to call back but never did. He said he’d call back in about 20 min and it was an hour and a half later and I was still stranded with nowhere to take my car to.
