Fast Eddie's Car Wash and Oil Change

DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE if you care at all about the wheels you have. The worker kindly led me straight into the guide causing damage to my very nice wheels. Didn’t tell me to turn, just let me slam into it causing 100% avoidable damage. Was told on the phone that “we don’t usually even take calls about wheels” as the manager chuckled. They offered me 6 months of an extension on to my wash subscription. Why on earth would I continue to take my vehicle somewhere that they’ll willingly damage it every 4 months?

SAVE YOUR MONEY! If you wanna go through and have the workers throw attitude when cars line up or just wanna listen to how people coming through is affecting there clean up time this might be the place but I will NEVER waste my money on a pass or a single wash after my 3 months is up. Absolutely sad.

Disappointed in service, has been average during my time as a car wash member and getting oil changes from them. However, when I was stranded because one of the bolts on my bike loosened, they said it was against policy to let me use a 5mm to fix it, and that it was also against policy for them to tighten it for me. Garage down the street fixed it for me without question, even though I had never been a customer there. Recommend them instead. (Performance Plus Quick Oil Change)

So much better than other's in town! Professional! Didn't try to be overly pushy with the up charge stuff! Very polite and definitely have my service! Plus they offer money off of a wash! Bonus!!

I have moved all over Michigan, and always go to Fast Eddies for oil changes. The Mt Pleasant location has always treated me well.
