Fast Freddy’s Car Wash

The wash is great. It’s the employees that make me dread going here. They have been nothing but rude to myself & my family and I sure do hope they have a new group of kind employees coming in soon! Also, when I called to get a question answered, the lady on the other end of the line had a serious attitude problem. When I asked why she was speaking to me in that manner, she hung up! What happened to customer service???!!!!!! I don’t even know if they have a manager there or one who knows they are acting in this manner. 😡 I work in customer service so I get it; it’s hard sometimes, so I try to be kind. Yeah so basically the employees there leave a bad taste in my mouth. 🤮 especially the females.

Imagine my disgusted when I walked outside and saw my lovely white Traverse covered top to bottom, front to back with brown spots. Apparently, the flock of birds near my house ate something that didn’t agree with them. I went to the Fast Freddy’s on Gary Farm Rd on 1/20/26 around 4 PM and I cannot praise the service enough. The two attendants spent 5 minutes on the pre-wash scrubbing my car. Because of them my car got clean in one shot. Fortunately, there was no one behind me so they could spend that time but I am so glad they did.

Poor quality wash. Didn't remove the bird poop off my windshield. Had free washing for 6 months and was very disappointed in the quality and service of the wash and vacuum. Would not recommend or renew membership.

Do not ever use this car wash in Bowling Green Kentucky. Car was in more or less perfect shape before entering the car wash. My paint is shot management was very unfriendly and called me a liar to my face will not recommend to anyone! I simply went up there in a friendly manner, and tried to discuss the problem with management, and she immediately become hateful with me calling me a liar to my face. I’m an Uber driver based out of Nashville, but my family lives in Bowling Green, so I come back and forth a lot. I always need to keep my car clean for work, and when I stopped by this car wash, I was honestly really impressed. The manager and a lady named Blue came out and explained all the services to me. She was super friendly and welcoming, which already made the experience feel personal. What stood out even more was one of the workers. He was wearing green, and I think he might have been Asian or Hispanic. He really went in on cleaning my car. I was expecting the machine to do most of the work, but this guy scrubbed it like he really cared about doing a good job. That kind of work ethic isn’t something you see every day.
