Scheduled an appointment online. Included all the information about my vehicle. I show up to the appointment, and the doors are locked and lights are off. I had to drive 30 minutes to get here. I’m completely annoyed that I didn’t receive a phone call to reschedule.

Unbelievable, fast and excellent service. Greg was the one who measured and assessed the damage on windows. Then he was the one who did and finished the job! Excellent is all I can say! Lady on the phone is very unprofessional and unhelpful. I asked if they do repairs on cracks. Then she rudely responded with “we don’t do repairs on that.” Well apologies for not knowing, it would’ve been nice for her to say what services they offer but she didn’t! And then she asked for my vin number and I slowly said it to her and she was like “what? Can you sound it out again?” Pay attention and next time be more helpful!

Came here to get a chip repair for my car. Once I arrived they “fixed it” but I felt like I got robbed. I was expecting the chip to be mostly gone. They said there was a 50% reduction but I did not see much of a difference. Felt like they used an at home repair kit and charged me $50 for it. When you touched the repair I can still feel the groves of the chip. I had to go home and improve it with an at home repair hit so at least it was smooth.
