Not happy at all. Had my Jeep for over 6 weeks. Came back full of dust and smelled bad. Now I have to have it detailed to get the bondo dust out of it. Drove it 1 day and warning lights appeared Edit: Took Jeep to dealership the reason they couldn't get it fixed is they left a part of a sensor off, because of their negligence I got a bill for $794 for the rental car.

Worse than a 0 Star. DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE HERE!! Our experience with Fast Lane Auto has been absolutely unacceptable. Our vehicle has been in their possession for eight weeks with no communication, no documentation, and no transparency. Despite repeated calls, we received no updates, and when we did manage to reach someone, we were met with rude and unprofessional behavior. Although our insurance company has already paid them for the repairs, they are now refusing to release our vehicle unless the deductible is paid in cash only—refusing to accept credit or debit. We live in Buffalo, NY (700 miles away) and are unable to deliver cash in person. Due to their refusal to cooperate, we’ve been unable to schedule transport to return the vehicle to New York. don't even deserve one star ... never sorrier than when I took my rogue there. slow, unprofessional, liars(misleading intentionally), and makes it as difficult as possible to contact or even get car back. THIS is MY personal experience with them. others may have had better luck but I think they really suck. they're keeping my vehicle for over a week to change brakes and rotors. I went to pick up to take somewhere else. The one employee there couldn't do anything or know anything @ my car and refused to let me take it. Said somebody will be here tuesday. meanwhile my terminally ill wife(stage four pancreatic cancer and me (VA DISABLED) have no car for memorial day weekend.

They need more mechanics Long wait for little work 3 weeks I waited without my vehicle. Expensive. Customer service was great though.

We had an accident while vacationing in KY. Our car was towed to Fast Lane in Olive Hill, KY. Tara and Chad were phenomenal to deal with from a distance. They fixed car within a reasonable amount of time and worked with us on logistics of coming back to KY (from Ga) to pick it up. We had an issue after we picked vehicle up and they made sure it was resolved for us with a local shop.
