Fast Lane Auto Wash

had the pleasure of meeting Lance today, and I cannot say enough good things about him. Not only is he a skilled mechanic who helped me with my car, but he is a true gentleman. What impressed me most was watching his work ethic—he was busting his butt helping other customers and supporting his team even when he wasn’t 'on the clock' for a specific task. As a veteran, I truly respect that kind of selfless service and initiative. The shop is lucky to have him; we need more people like Lance in this world! Thank you for the birthday wash! It meant a lot to me.

I'm absolutely done with Fast Lane. Sometimes the Touchless will get your car spotless, sometimes it doesn't clean your car at all. I wasted 20 bucks today only to see that my car was not "washed " and still visibly dirty. I've learned my lesson, this place won't get another dime from me.

Got the basic wash which was just no drying, I could understand not getting the hard stuff but didn’t even wash off dirt.

Great place to get your car washed. Highly recommend the membership if you wanna keep your paint crystal clear. App is easy to use and can add car washes whether you're there or away

Great tech. I wanted to handwash my car but it's 2021 so I don't have any quarters. Although the one I went to is fully automated, Fastlane is the solution. I paid with my card in app and it told me to scan a QR code at the machine. In reality, my phone just linked up with the wash and it told me to pull forward. Very cool. But it didn't do that great of a job cleaning my car. There were a few very noticable spots that I had to go over afterwards. Edit: second time around there was soap under the lip of the trunk. But still with the wash package. It's hard to beat these prices and can easily touch up the missed spots by hand.
