I have NEVER been so calm about spending 624 dollars ANYWHERE! This company is family owned and very interactive with their customers. Alexis, her mother, father, grandma and all the other amazing, caring and down to earth employees are just hard working over all food hearted people. This building has changed owners and employees but, mostly family owned. Let's not even mention the fresh fruits and salsas granny makes. I totally traded no bake cookies for those fantabulous strawberries. There is a kids area with TV and toys. You can ask anything question about anything and IF they don't have the answer they'll find it. My car has never been worked on but by one shop (out of respect for these employees) I won't mention it! Just know this car isn't just mine but, it transports my 68 year old

I walked in looking for an alignment. Communication was excellent! Job done promptly and accurately at a fair price. Felt like a member of the family and would come back again. Loved Biscuit and Gravy!

Attempted to have two tires replaced. One tire they put on was the correct size. The other tire they put on is the wrong size. According to them, their excuse for this is that they were told the wrong tire size over the phone. Yet, they managed to put one tire on that was the correct size. When we went to pick up the car the price quoted for the tires was doubled what the original price quoted was. Their excuse for this price change was because they didn't have the correct size tires . While there attempting to pick up the car we discovered that the car had been left unlocked, the glove box was standing wide open and the registration to the car and the dogs city license were missing out of the glove box along with a tablet that was in the car. It had been taken out of the case and the case

Omg!!! Love this place… don’t let the look turn you away…I bought 4 new tires at Firestone had to take it back 3 times to 2 different store in 2 different states and so I decided to stop in fast lane and they fixed the tire balancing perfect and did a alignment and it drives straight as a arrow…. Thanks to these guys here my car is back riding smooth and straight… never again will I use Firestone… and as you can see in the photo this is firestones definition of balance and found out firestone did counterweights which I found out your not supposed to do…I’ll drive the 3.5 hrs down here from iowa before I’ll go back to Firestone… oh and did I mention this place has used tires as well in case your in a pinch.. great service, knowledgeable staff… thanks guys….
