HIGHLY recommend!!!! I cannot thank Jim and the Fast Tires crew enough. We were on a roadtrip home to Colorado from Minnesota and needed a last minute tire change during a blizzard the Saturday after Thanksgiving. An actual miracle that they had the tires we needed and time to squeeze us in. Jim was so kind and let us hangout in his beautiful and massive waiting room with our two dogs while it dumped snow outside. They got us in/out in +/-60 mins and everyone was so incredibly kind and helpful. Again, I can’t thank them enough and Jim thank you for setting us up with the right tires for our needs and helping us safely get on the road again!!! Trustworthy. Experts. Kind. Caring. Fast!

My husband and I have used Fast Tire for almost 20 years. Randy was the manager for years. When he retired Jim assumed that role. I trusted Randy just like I trust Jim. The shop mechanics are respected and do a good job. They know us and treat us fairly. I bought a set of four tires recently. From mechanical issues to tire purchases to just having the air in my tires checked. They do it all well.

We have been taking our vehicles here for over 15 years and can say with all honesty i would never take my car anywhere else. They are hands down the best mechanics in Des Moines and will always go the extra mile to make sure you have the best experience. Jim and Malik are very knowledgeable and will work with you on options and will never strong arm you to make a repair. They are honest and very customer service oriented and i am so glad i picked them out all the others when i moved to Des Moines over 15 years ago.

Jim, Malik, and the mechanics EXCEEDED my expectations again!!! I am a long time customer and I had two car emergencies in one week and they squeezed me in and had me back on the road. Not sure why the hours were extended to 7:00 pm verses the 6:00 pm. It seemed really quiet and I was there at 5:45pm. 6:00 always seemed more than reasonable and the always stay a little later if I was running behind. Just a suggestion. Great Service, Excellent Quality Service and Fair Prices!

Had to bring car back as was told originally all ok. Front brakes needed replaced bad. Jim was apologetic and got me done in one day. Usually have good experience.
