My transmission took a crap and this was the closest place to me at the time. So I called. Mike showed up, and not only did he do a fantastic job, he was also able to crawl under my car and tell me what the problem was. Great experience and if I ever need a tow in the high desert again, I know who to call. 🙂
Came to my apartment on July 3rd to tow my car out of my garage. They showed up with a flat bed tow and proceeded to tell me in order to tow my car they would need to place it in manual neutral. He took a paperclip and cracked the shift lock on my shifter. He immediately left my car in the road and drove away after telling me the correct type of tow service. They refused to accept responsibility and now I have to sue them to pay for the damages. They are not knowledgeable or considerate of your property. DO NOT USE THEM FOR A TOW , THEY WILL DAMAGE YOUR CAR!!!
