Good if you use the membership to ensure unlimited clean wash for a reasonable price. Vacuums are a nice feature. Quick line if you can come by before work or on a weekday. + appreciate that this Pasadena location always gives air freshener and wet wipes!! Other fast5 don’t give them out as readily. — bad: machines are old, my car paint was scratched from the wash. Not a big deal for my daily beater but I wouldn’t bring a brand new car here. 3.5 stars. I don’t come here anymore due to location and wait times. Could be ok for others under certain conditions mentioned above.

This location is clearly showing its age. The vibe i get from this site is old and tired and kind of dirty. Everything up to the final rinse was good. It didnt rinse my car very well before the drying section. This site could really use a renovation and i hope that's coming soon. Service here from staff is solid, i will definitely give it that. More than that, not super impressive. Pricing is different here than the IE locations too which can be confusing (top wash at those locations are still $20), and honestly its overpriced. $24 for the top wash is not a good value as far as this location is concerned.

This review is directed to Manager Nathan M. and Assistant Manager Carlos D. I was a Gold Member for almost a year. In October 2025, I canceled my membership in person by signing their cancellation form because I was relocating abroad for two months. Guess what? The cancellation never went through. While overseas, membership fees continued hitting my credit card for two extra months. I made multiple international calls to resolve the issue — either no one answered, or I was told “the manager is out for lunch”… at 3 PM. No callback. No follow-up. Just radio silence. Total wasted on international calls: $30+ When I finally returned and visited the location, an employee reviewed the records with me and uncovered something even worse: 1. My cancellation was properly recorded 2. My credit

I often come here to wash my car. The staff is very professional, and they are incredibly fast. Even if you see a long line, you'll find that you get served quickly. It's great! I highly recommend this place.

Extremely time-saving and efficient! They also provide free vaccums and air wash at the end. I purchased the platinum membership for $41 and wash my car once a week. Just be aware, 1. You will notice a few more minor scratches compared to hand wash. 2. Side mirrors will be pushed during washing. Close it before if you are afraid of damages. 3. Waiting lines tend to be long starting from 5pm and until it closes (7pm)
