Fast5Xpress Car Wash Pico Rivera

I did the $13 mid wash and it missed a lot of spots on the car. Otherwise, really appreciated having the air to get in between the leaking side mirrors and handles. Vacuums were powerful. Bathroom was clean. Dashboard wipes was a great freebie. Wish there was more of these near west LA area.

I think a piece of their car wash is broken that cleans the top of your car because the middle of my car going from the front to back isn’t touched after going through. There’s literally dust/dirt on my hood that didn’t get touched. Even if the blower was strong enough it would have cleaned it. Also, there were no vacuums available even after waiting.

Went through the wash and it broke my rear windshield wiper blade.The reason it was broken was because they stopped the wash right as my car was going through the drying part and it reset that arm. Salvador was no help whatsoever in trying to resolve any issues. Neither was the manager Jeanette Pacheco. Asking me to call them just so she could tell me that I could have them fill out a complaint for corporate but "we don't cover any damage so they're gonna deny it". I bet after posting this I'm gonna get a generic copy and paste message from them too.

Automatic car wash severely damaged my car — no accountability. I took my car to Fast5Express Car Wash (Pico Rivera) and left with serious damage. The paint was scratched and my left side mirror was broken — the cover was knocked off and badly scratched. This is completely unacceptable, especially for a new car. My family’s other vehicles have never had issues at other car washes. When I reported it, staff admitted this has happened before but said they don’t cover external damages. It’s clear their equipment applies excessive force and is unsafe. Worst of all, they offered no compensation or assistance whatsoever. If you value your car, avoid this place.

I've been coming to this car wash for years. I recently purchased a new truck and had to cancel the membership on my old vehicle. They took down the information on my new truck and I thought everything would be fine. Following visit i arrived at the car wash and they tell me that I'm not in the system. I had to show them the email that I paid for the membership before they let me through the car wash. I felt like I was treated like a criminal. This is embarrassing the employees here are incompetent and need to treat customers with respect.
