Fast5Xpress Car Wash San Bernardino

This place was a good find. No Automated box, there is a person in the drive thru to take payment and answer questions, there is another attendant in the carwash just in case you don't understand instructions that are written on a board. They give you free wipes to clean your dashboard or sell various sented tree air fresheners for $1 if you'd like. And they are inexpensive while the wash does a GREAT job! I was all around Impressed! If you're near this wash and your car needs a bath, this place if a fabulous choice!

recently took my brand-new car to this car wash, and unfortunately, it came out with scratches that were not there before. This was the very first wash since purchasing the car directly from the lot, so I know the damage happened here. When I brought it to their attention, they refused to take responsibility and claimed their equipment couldn’t have caused it. Not only was my car damaged, but the lack of accountability and unwillingness to even investigate properly was extremely disappointing. I expected better customer service and professionalism, especially since I trusted them with a brand-new vehicle. I would strongly caution others to think twice before bringing their car here. If something goes wrong, don’t expect them to help make it right.

I was underwhelmed by the performance of the car wash. I brought my SUV in for a cleaning and chose the top-tier wash package, expecting a thorough job. However, the results were disappointing. • Rims and Tires: Still dirty after the wash. • Grill and Front Bumper: Looked like they weren’t touched at all. For the highest package offered, I expected much better attention to detail. Unfortunately, the service did not meet my standards.

Paid $16 for the Gold tier wash. The wash was good on the sides and back but somehow misses the entire front. It's just mud and comes off when I brush it, so I would not recommend this place. Only reason for 2 stars is that the price is reasonable, and you do get a car freshener... But save your money and go somewhere else.

If you had a cup of coffee and need to use the restroom go somewhere before you come here!! They will lie and say someone is in there but truth is they are lazy and don't wanna allow their customers to use the restroom. Overall I liked the carwash very convenient they have everything except towels. I most likely won't visit again due to the restroom situation.
