Fastlane Import Auto Repair

Everyone at Fastlane was excellent! Really nice clean and professional shop! Everyone was friendly and liked having conversations about cars. I brought my car here after I installed lowering springs and had them align it. Car drives great and I have no complaints! They have the flush mount alignment rack so if you're car is low they will have no problem getting on the rack. Would definitely recommend and I'm sure I'll use their services again in the future.

While in the area, my car started acting strangely. Did not want to take the chance on driving 20 miles to get home. Looked for a garage that specialized in Lexus repair. Found a Fastlane location online that was 2 miles from my location. Wally was extremely courteous, helpful and competent. He immediately identified the problem. Part was in stock, fix was quick and easy. Wait was minimal. The only “negative” is that there was a “convenience charge” listed on my bill. A 3% charge for using a credit card. There was no sign in the store, and/or mention of this charge before making payment, so I could have made a choice to pay in cash or check. NOT okay! So be aware when making payment. Fastlane has been outstanding every time I have been there. Every employee is very nice and down to earth. They are very courteous and super dependable. Even this time work was done by a previous mechanic that caused more issues than fixing the original leak that needed to he done, they were able to remedy the situation, with out having to buy a new housing unit. Thank you Fastlane!!!

John the owner is OUTSTANDING !!!!!!! I really appreciate that fact that he took the time to reach out to me due to a experience that I had at one of his locations.
