7/6/2020 BEWARE. I would give them a zero, if it were an option. This company is neither licensed nor insured. They sent out a 3rd party to complete a small chip repair to my vehicle; this person damaged my entire windshield and then ended the conversation with 'my bad'. Initially, Carlos accepted full responsibility for the situation, apologized and offered to replace my windshield .... until he realized it was for an expensive vehicle. He told me that he was very sorry, but, it was just too expensive and asked that I just make a claim on my own insurance..... When I suggested we put it through his insurance, he lied and said the claim wouldn't be covered because the person who caused the damage wasn't really their employee.
