I haven’t been in a dealership in over 10 years. Saw a vehicle I liked online, the entire negotiation was done through text. Very happy with the price for the new vehicle and trade value. Showed up, did the paperwork, and walked out a happy customer. All of the negative perception you may have from car dealerships DO NOT EXIST at Faulkner. A fantastic dealer experience- at Turner Chevy! A tale of 2 Dealers: It began with AAA towing my vehicle to Faulkner for a scheduled engine repair. After hearing nothing from the service desk for 12 days - I called them and they said that they never received my car!! So we literally had AAA send us pictures of the car being delivered and where it was parked. We drove in to Faulkner and found it right there on their lot in the locked cage, front row- neglected for 12 days! I complained to management and received no apologies whatsoever!! Complete Wasted time - unprofessional Faulkner. Then we took it a mile away to Turner Chevy and they came through and changed my opinion of dealing with dealers Repairs entirely!
