Faulkner Collision of Carlisle

A few days ago I took my car to this place recommended by the insurance company of the vehicle that caused damage to my car, and when I went to pick it up I was surprised by the work, or rather the repair, and in particular the paint job, it turned out excellent.Without a doubt, if you need paint and bodywork repair or restoration, this is the perfect place that I recommend. In conclusion, they have an excellent and super professional service from the office at the entrance to the repair shop.

This is the second vehicle I have brought two Faulkner Body Shop in Carlisle. They did such a great job that I will be a returning customer very happy with the body work they did

I needed good body shop and this facility was recommended . I was a little disappointed with how we were treated. The adjuster seemed to be very kind. The workmanship leaves a lot to be desired. I went to pick up the vehicle and there was no one even there to do a walk around with me other than the very unfriendly receptionist that they have the front desk. If the need arises, I will not go back there and I will not recommend them. I’m only giving it to star because the facility wasn’t a good location and appeared clean

I have nothing but good things to say about this business. When I first arrived, I met Jason who manages the place it was a very pleasant meeting. He was so nice to talk to and very accommodating with what I needed. I also talked to several other employees and had the same experience. All were very nice to talk to and gave the perception that they appreciated my business. Before my appointment date to have the work done on my vehicle I had an sudden unforeseen conflicting problem arise in which I needed to change date of appointment. I contacted Jason and there was absolutely no problem or hassle in doing so. The work I had done there was excellent. Workman ship was high quality. Jason kept us updated on everything. I highly recommend them.
