I originally gave them 5 stars on my 1st experience with them. However, the 2nd time was horrible. No communication, didn't use the app for updates either, didn't return calls and only updated the app after the deadline had past. They took 3 days to even log my car in. A job that was supposed to take 12 days took 21 days, delay after delay with the reason being a lot of cars since the snow. My car was there before the snow. I finally spoke with the assistant manager Jarrett. He provided an update, said thanks for the feedback and didn't offer anything else. My rental car, exceeded the time and I had to pay an extra cost ($327). Not even a consideration for a comp day of rental or anything. I am throughly disappointed and won't even consider them in the future.

I recently had some cosmetic repairs done that were a result of an accident. My car looks brand new; not a dent or scratch on it. They also did a full interior and exterior clean that I appreciated as a busy mom. Great communication; Jared kept me up to date on the timeline and the stage my car was at in the repairs. They even had it done earlier than expected! Can't thank them enough!

I recently went to Faulkner Collision Specialists and they were friendly, professional and returned my car not only repaired, but squeaky clean and polished!!! They did a thorough job! 5 stars!!!

Love this place and the people! I feel like I practically know them all. They assessed and fixed my car the first time around after several visits to another mechanic that couldn't figure it out. 10 stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
