Service rep told me I needed a cluster assembly that cost over $1000. After some research on honda forums and others I concluded that the emergency brake switch was faulty and replaced it myself for $30. Problem fixed. Dealerships make their money by providing expensive service that is unnecessary. Needless to say, any faith and trust in Faulkner Service has been destroyed and I will never buy or service a vehicle there again.
