Everyone was friendly & professional. Fortunately, they know their merchandize & quickly spotted that my inspection was due which would have been a major inconvenience if I had not gotten it done at this maintenance visit. Adding the inspection increased my expected wait time but, they got everything taken care of ahead of schedule. The waiting area was clean & comfortable and the technician answered my questions. The time passed quickly & I left with a clean car. It was a very pleasant visit.

Quinn was amazing, it was my first time purchasing/leasing a vehicle. And he made the whole transaction so easy breezy. He explained everything I was confused about and even listened to my circumstances and really worked with me on cost vs my ideal vehicle. What he was able to do with my budget surpassed my expectations. Tommy was amazing aswell he was our finance guy and he did great explaining all the packages and cost as well. I highly recommend this dealership and especially Quinn with helping you find your dream vehicle

I have bought 2 cars and have recommended another person who bought a car from them also. They are fair on their trade in values. And are honest. They are willing to work with you on price. They were the only dealership that made the lease numbers work when I traded in with negative equity. I will continue to ship there as long as they keep selling the fun cars. The most recent was a sonata N line. It's great. Hopefully this helps someone else.

I had a great experience with the salesman Patrick, he went above and beyond as far as customer service is concerned and making sure I had what I needed. He even helped me out when I randomly stopped in unannounced with a question I had regarding my vehicle. I haven’t been crazy about Faulkner dealerships as I’ve had bad experiences in the past, but I would definitely recommend working with Patrick if you come here.
