Faulkner Subaru - Harrisburg Parts Department

I'm finding the staff at Faulkner Subaru in Harrisburg to be very friendly and knowledgeable about the product line. I feel that this is a good place to buy an automobile because they are very affirming to all communities. I found out they helped a lot of Civic organizations with their charitable giving and service. I'd rather do business with an auto dealership with heart and I find this dealership having a lot of heart. My next purchase will definitely be at Faulkner Subaru or any other Faulkner dealerships in the Harrisburg area. I'm also finding this place extremely transgender friendly because they have treated me like the lady that I truly am. I don't work for this dealership and I do not have any official ties so my review of the dealership is authentic like I am.

This was the most customer focused business I have dealt with in decades. The parts department worked with me to get my order done on line. Polite, funny, invested in my business. The dealership gives a shipping fee break on orders over $50. I couldn't find any other Subaru parts provider that does that. I placed my order and two days later it was on my doorstep. I couldn't believe it. They are now my go-to parts shop for my Subie. I wish I lived closer so that I could have them service my vehicle

Need parts to fix my subaru forester. Then they don't ship all the parts I needed. This was the third place looking for the parts I need. Will never get another subaru. If this is there great service forget a very important part. I had to try and find ir else where. Great service right.
