My jeep has had issues for over a month. Dealership was no help, thought it was fixed at one shop and ended up taking it to Derek at Fausak. Everyone was super friendly, detail oriented, and genuinely cared about the issues getting resolved THE RIGHT WAY. 10/10 recommend. I won’t take any of my vehicles anywhere else moving forward.

I had a blown tire and Fausak completely made a stressful situation so much better. I had called 7 other tire places and no one had the size I needed. Amanda was the one who answered the phone at Fausak And she was absolutely awesome. Told me that they didn't have the tire at the shop but they could have it ordered and there by the afternoon. She called me promptly after they got the tire in and when I brought it into the shop the whole process went so smooth. Everyone was great and friendly. They did a very good job at breaking things down in detailing prices and going over information. They also did a full inspection on my car and I was pleasantly surprised when I got a text with a link for a very thorough overview of everything they checked on including recommendations of what needed
My car has close to 99,000 miles on it took it in for brake replacement but found out it didn’t need new brakes but recommended a routine flush and fluid replacement on my brakes fluid and they found a crack in my serpentine belt so it was replaced also. I give them credit my brakes work better now and they saved me from a costly catastrophe with my belt. Transmission fluid service was performed and shifts smoother. Thanks guys.
