I left my 2022 ram 5500 to change the oil in the axles and gearbox, they called and said that the truck was ready, when I came to pick up the truck, they said that the mechanic forgot to close the window and the rain was pouring into the cabin, and they offered dry cleaning, but I put it off because I didn't think it was a big problem. after that i drove 230 miles and the plug from the transmission fell out while driving, i spent $1700 on a tow truck and new oil and plug, the next day i went to them to explain how this could happen, but someone from service always said that you have to talk to the manager, but the manager was not there, they were supposed to call me back, but no one called back, I got the manager phone number sent to him all pictures, but never got respond I went to them 3
