These guys are great. They helped my family get a car that was in our price range and fixed the brakes and broken side mirror at no extra cost. Gave us a 30 day warranty so if any thing goes wrong or needs work done cause something has failed or Brakes (not because of owner negligence or operation) but because of natural degradation problems, they will fix or replace at no charge or they will reimburse us if we paid out of pocket at another facility. They are amazing guys and I will definitely buy from them again.

Seeing a lot of bad reviews. I had gotten excellent customer service, great turn around time on my vehicle, and looks and runs beautiful! For the service I had received I would recommend FCC Auto body & collision to anybody!

Fully recommnended autobody and repair shop in Haverhill. Frank who use to work for my car damage really friendly and customer service is excellent. There was a time I need my car urgently but Frank told me about the delays on time and manage well to the supplier the spare parts amd delivery was pulled in. It was an excellent job !
