As a proud owner of a older (2013) F350, I developed severe blow by and massive upper pan and rear main seal leakage. Being not from around the Odessa area but working out here, I scanned the internet to find a place that had good reviews that I could go see their shop and talk to the owners. I landed on F&E Diesel's doorstep. Ernesto Fell (owner) welcomed me in, allowed me to see his shop, spoke very intelligently about what my issues were and the best solution to remedy. You get a (gut feeling) on his honesty. At first, I was thought I would going to have complete reseal, cab off, engine out and reseal. I can’t say enough good things about F&E Diesel Shop. From the moment I walked in, their customer service was top-notch friendly, honest, and professional. They took the time to explain everything clearly and kept me updated throughout the process. The quality of their work is second to none. My truck runs better than it ever has smooth, powerful, and reliable. You can tell these guys really know what they’re doing and take pride in their craft. It’s rare to find a diesel shop that combines skill, integrity, and genuine customer care, but F&E Diesel nails it. I highly recommend them to anyone who wants their diesel done right the first time.

Very disappointed in the quality/ integrity of the workmanship of this shop. My truck went in for AC repair, dashboard had to be removed for part replacement. Part was replaced and dashboard put back. They dented, scratched and broke multiple clips on my dashboard also cables were not put back in their mounting place. I paid for the service and i didn’t bother to thoroughly inspect their work because i trusted their good reputation. Upon driving off my dashboard started rattling and parts came loose. I started inspecting and found dashboard was pretty much trashed, found all parts scratched/and multiple clips broken. Top interior cloth had grease on some spots. No integrity to let me know they trashed my dashboard before telling me the job was done and had me pay. After contacting them an

*Response to owner: Black 3500 Silverado you tried to buy off me for dirt cheap. Kept pushing me to delete it. We yelled at each other over the phone like children.. doesn’t ring a bell? Jeez, must happen a lot with you. Techs didn’t do an actual diagnosis on vehicle and could have left me stranded if i didn’t inspect their work before taking off. Overpriced for the lack of quality. Owner will get defensive, and try to act tough for questioning their incompetence. 2 stars because the owners front desk employee was the only professional that actually cared and made things right.

Let me just start by saying, these awesome people have amazing customer service and are extremely knowledgeable with anything related to diesel vehicles. I brought my truck in for some upgrades and I was offered for it to be done the same day. Being from out of town, I needed to find an above average shop to bring my truck if I ever need anything worked on. Luckily, I found that and more at F&E and this is on the only place in Odessa that I will trust leaving my truck to be worked on. Thank you guys, I’ll be back soon for more upgrades.
