Fehlman is the only shop in town that I’d trust with my vehicles. These guys are thorough, honest, and straightforward. They’ve done right by me for years now and have never once tried to sell me something that I didn’t need, plus they offer a triple A member discount, and will honor any of their work that falls under warranty.

Took my car in for the NYS inspection because this place was highly recommended word-of-mouth by my friend. Both the guys working at the front desk were friendly, honest, and straightforward. My car needed some major repairs (which I already expected), but they explained everything up front and I trusted their recommendations. Their mechanic was able to complete the repairs in one day, which I wasn't expecting but was incredibly pleasantly surprised at. Highly recommend this place!

Took car in to replace side view mirror. I got mirror online! So, yes, in 95% of cases, you can bring your own parts! Joseph at the front desk was awesome, as was the owner, Mark. Yes, they charge a bit more. Heck, I'll pay more for the honesty, straight forward quotes, sometimes over the phone! These guys do it right in every way possible!

Very disappointed with the service I received here. I brought my Jeep in last month for maintenance —it needed new spark plugs, and the check engine lights and ABS lights were on. I wasn’t sure what the issue were, so I dropped it off for diagnostics. They explained that they would run a code scan and contact me with the findings. I was provided regular updates and approved each step of the investigation until the issue with the check engine light was identified. Once that was identified, I opted not to have them continue scanning for the ABS light and just fix the issue with the check engine light. That part of the experience was handled well. Recently visited for sputtering problem on my 1970 Corvette and they were able to diagnose and fix promptly. I've been going to these guys for over 30 years and always get the same great level of service on my vintage cars. They're locally owned, convenient, honest, and have always been spot on for repairs.
