Feil Collision Works

Adam towed my van last week and damaged the front bumper. I found out a week later and addressed the situation with him. He quickly passed blame off to the person driving my van and said that it was caused by going into the trees. He refuses to be accountable for damage he caused. It is very obvious that the damage was caused by a winch line on his rollback, because if trees caused damage, the grille would've been broken too. Adam is his own greatest admirer and believes that he is smarter than everyone else. An impact with the trees would've set off the airbags. My parents have stopped going to him, because he's sketchy and conducts shady business.

I am a new customer to Adam, and I was referred by some friends/family. Fiel Collision did not disappoint! Adam was able to get my car in exactly when he said he would, and the work was immaculate! Very impressive! 10/10! Customer service is amazing! From the receptionist to the work crew and especially Adam, these folks are a real pleasure to work with. I will not be going anywhere else for bodywork, and I will be referring to any who ask for a great body shop with even better service!

Not only did they do an amazing job repairing my car after I hit a deer, but I was having issues with my insurance and the owner called the insurance company four times one day to make sure he could get the parts and start my work in a timely fashion. Incredible service.
