I experienced extremely poor customer service. I called multiple times and was given a number for someone named Alex. I sent my location and waited over 15 minutes with no response. When I called back, the representative had no idea what I was referring to. At first, I was told I never booked a service. Then, while trying to book again, the representative suddenly had the location I previously sent but claimed the address was incorrect. As I was explaining my exact location, I was placed on hold and the call was disconnected. I called around 1026 and it’s been hr of them playing games I was disconnected multiple times, and none of the representatives I spoke with were helpful.
