I contact a lot of used parts yards in my line of work, customer service does NOT exist in this industry. So it was a fantastic surprise when I called Fenix EV, they answered the phone quickly, friendly, and got my parts shipped to me in Oregon quickly with easy payment. Told me about their 30 day warranty, amazing service. I highly recommend using them over anyone else

I was able to locate the part I needed through their website and once inside the store, they were friendly and very helpful. These are definitely car guys doing car guys work. Don't hesitate to contact them about anything you need. They'll help you with patience and a smile.

The guy who answered the phone sounds like a bot or ai couldn’t speak right, not sure when asked for part he said yea it’s here can’t pick it up till tomorrow and was shady about it glad I called before I drove a hour away read reviews before coming here shady

Definitely doesnt close at 5 pm . I drove an hour to get here just for them to be closed.

Decent website and helpful team members on the phone. An in person visit to the salvage yard was well received. The only negative is they could use more inventory. I'll definitely be using these folks again in the future.
