Fenix Parts Bayville (Previously Cosmos's Ocean County Auto Wreckers)

My experience was a bit of a rollercoaster, but ultimately ended on a positive note. I needed a replacement passenger seat for my car, couldn't find the relevant part at any other salvage yard. The first one came with a severed electrical harness, so it was useless to me. I worked with Jacob on the phone and eventually he made sure I got the same seat with an intact harness by interfacing with the salvage yards directly. As compensation for the screw-up, he also had the replacement shipped directly to the dealership where I was going to have the work done. Initial encounter was so-so, but Jacob's customer service was outstanding.

Stopped here after my mechanic told me. Found the part I needed and price was fine. Simple shop and straightforward dealing.

Called Fénix , Told them about motor came with a broken bell housing bolt stuck in there. and was told they couldn’t do nothing for me as far as compensation. For the inconvenience of the bolt being snapped in the bell housing ball when I got the motor

Order parts online. Wrong part came in. They reordered part for me and gave me FREE overnight delivery that took 3 days. Not the best experience.

My name is peeterson Mentor I work in freehold nj service manager Mavis these guys make me drive all the way to bayville order me the wrong door and promise to send me the right door and never deliver when I call them a week later they wanted me to pay $300 more you guys wasted my time I thought that was unfair and very unprofessional I thought I was going to get the door the same day I pay for it because you guys had it in stock then you guys tell me you guys going to call me and now this I didn't not deserve this
