Fenix Parts Columbus (Previously All Foreign Used Auto Parts)

I wanted to buy an aftermarket spoiler. I had cash in hand. It was attached by 2 bolts. This place told me I needed to puchase the entire gate, or back hatch off the car to get the part I wanted. The part I wanted wasn't put on the car by the factory. It was only sold aftermarket, and it wasn't a permanent part of the back hatch. This place wanted me to spend $1,000 for a $200 max part.

Worst Service ever. Ordered a transmission kept getting the run around about when it would be here. Then was told was delivered to another location that it would be here last Friday. Still not here and no one will call back or respond about delivery eta. Now we have another transmission bad installed not operating need a replacement transmission still no response. Go elsewhere if you want honesty.......

My husband just drove 1.5 hour for a rim, was told to come on over, they have one in stock. Awesome!! So when he gets there he is told NO, THEY HAVE NOBODY TO PULL IT!!!!! He was also told whoever told him that should not have! Why cant my husband go pull the rim? Almost a 2 hour drive and this is how someone is treated? If none of the workers inside of that building can take a tire off, they should not be working there.

On Monday, during my phone conversation with the customer service representative, I was informed that I could pay for the part in person when I came to pick it up. However, when I called later to confirm that my order was ready, I was surprised to learn that it hadn't been processed yet. The representative explained that my order had not been picked because I hadn’t confirmed my request over the phone at that moment. This left me feeling frustrated, as I had clearly understood that I would be able to complete the transaction during pickup.

I found them through an internet search. I was looking for a hood for my 2020 Camry. The customer service I received from beginning to end was impeccable. The process was simple: I was given a concrete price, sent them my ID, paid my invoice, and was given 1-2 business days for the part to be ready. I received a call early on the 2nd bus. day that the part was ready. Johnny recognized me when I entered the office. I recommend them for parts if you have a newer vehicle. I called at least 10 places before finding my hood at Fenix. Bonus points for the hood being a color match when I didn't specify the color! Hopefully I don't need them anytime soon, but if I do, I'll return in a heartbeat.
