Fenix Parts Greensboro (Previously Tri City Auto Salvage)

My car was damaged in an accident, and when I took it to an auto body shop, I was given a very high repair estimate. Due to this, I decided to search online for a same-color fender and found exactly what I needed from Fenix. I would especially like to thank Mark, who provided outstanding assistance over the phone. His support made the entire process much easier. I installed the fender myself, and honestly, it cost me far less than repainting would have. I am very grateful to Mark and also to Josh and Juan from the warehouse team for delivering the replacement part carefully and in excellent condition. Great service and a very professional team. Highly recommended.

Called this place yesterday to ask for close up photos of seats and the initial person I spoke to was friendly and said it wouldn’t be a problem but I never received anything. Called the next day and spoke to someone different and he wasn’t friendly or willing to get the photos needed. There are photos on their website site but I explained to him I needed clearer pictures due to the fabric pattern having small changes from different trim levels and generational changes. If I had looked at the reviews of this place beforehand I wouldn’t have bothered calling them at all.

I called to ask a simple question about an auto part, and the man who answered was extremely unfriendly. Instead of being helpful, the representative sounded annoyed and dismissive. It was clear they had no interest in assisting me. I asked him to please do not speak to me as though I'm dumb because i just don't know allot about car parts. This obviously made him mad and he hung up on me! Very disappointing experience, and I won’t be returning or recommending this business.

Not good I am Naver buy this company any more parts I buy bumper I pay full payment and bumper come all holl and bad color and broke I call guy and he say he pay me but I call him again he dont picked up my call so I tried to call him so I don’t buy anymore because picture is different and parts come different

If I could give this company a 0 star I would. Called Monday the 8th to order a transmission was told would arrive at my shop no later than Friday. That did not happen. Called Mondayand was told Tuesday. No go. Call again Tuesday Andrew tells me now it will be weds. Why? You have been lying to me. Tells me it’s in Florida no where near Nc. Guess what here it is Thursday and no transmission. Will never purchase anything from this company again. Andrew is absolutely useless
