My friend/neighbor referred me to Ferg's One Stop Auto Shop. Then, Quick Lane in Heber Springs referred me to them! It can't get better than that when another business gives you a referral! Ferg's One Stop worked on my car & I couldn't be happier. I have 3 vehicles, one 34 years old, one 17 yrs old & one 4 yrs old. I don't get rid of good vehicles. My point is, I will be going back to Ferg's One Stop Auto Shop, absolutely. And I recommend them, for sure!

I would first like to say that I am a woman who had a car problem and I feel like I was given the very best service at the most reasonable rate. I'm not from here and someone recommended this gentleman to me. Boy am I glad that they did! My car is running smooth, they had me out of there in less than 2 hours, but they did not skip anything. These gentlemen drove my car to make sure it was correct and they checked all of my codes for me to make sure I didn't need further work done. I will come back!! And I would like to say another thank you to all of the gentlemen who got my car situated this morning. Carree b.

There is no other place to go! We were on a camping trip about 7 hours from home when our fuel pump went out. We had the car towed here and they were so nice and helpful. They gave us the best price possible. The part wasn't going to get in until the following day so we reserved a hotel room and asked them about Uber. Well without us even asking they lent us a company car so we would have transportation. This was beyond a life saver.

Excellent service at a fair price. We were traveling and our van had a severe oil leak that I thought would destroy the engine. It turned out to be a faulty oil line, and the repair was successful at a reasonable price. Mike (the owner / repairman) called us with an estimate before doing the repair and followed up later to make sure the van was running well (It is.). It took a couple of days for parts to come in, but the diagnosis and repair itself were fast. We were in a vulnerable situation, but I think Mike treated us very well with honesty and integrity and a good repair.
