The hitch kit that I needed was on sale and the shipping was free during a sale period. The online ordering process was very smooth. The status of the shipment was a little confusing, however, after I contacted the representative at the dealership, all of that was explained and made clear. Beyond that the shipment time was faster than I expected. Overall an excellent ordering and shipment experience.

It is now run by his son Mark. These are hardworking but good and honest people. I used to live across the street from this place and I never saw it when it was never busy. When I needed to use their services, I cannot express how grateful I was when I was worked into their very busy schedule. I know there was a great deal of time spent on this particular vehicle finding out everything that was wrong with it and how to fix it. In all honesty I was prepared for a really big bill and was completely surprised when I was billed what seemed like a very small amount to me. But everything was done thoroughly and time was taken

Went merely for an oil change -- complimentary since we bought our new vehicle there. The staff were very kind and cordial, and the waiting rooms are very pleasant, offering slightly more than average. Along with magazines and a big-screen TV, there are small tables and workstations. Provides comfortable atmosphere for the businessperson away from the office.
