Ferguson Subaru Service Department

I brought in a 2021 crosstrek that was having obvious transmission issues. The dept had my vehicle twice for multiple days and claimed they couldn’t replicate the problem even though every other person that rode in it could tell something was off. So after getting charged 200$ for a software update that did nothing helpful I was sent away with no problem fixed or even diagnosed . After taking the care to another mechanic they quickly were able to detect the issue and I’m now in the process of replacing a transmission out of pocket that it is still under warranty there’s absolutely no way they were unable to detect or fix anything but still sent me away empty handed and never wanting to do business at this dealer ever again. well my youngest son had a suburu crosstrek 2020 model. It overheated. We drove the car the next morning to Ferguson to have it checked....they let us know after several hours of "diagnostic" work that we needed....listen to this...we need new brakes, new tires, new hoses, new belts, and new head gasket....new radiator and more....after the vehicle was "diagnosed" now we are informed that it is not drivable. we have to pay for a wrecker to take the car that drove fine to the dealership this morning and now after the diagnostic work, it is no longer drivable. total charges would have been nearly $15,000. and on top of that we were told that before we could get a wrecker we had to pay a $216 diagnostic fee...so no more Ferguson for us....wife just bought a brand new Suburu from the same de

Just bought a crosstreck wilderness in June 2025 With in 2 weeks (under 500 miles) the alarm for seat belt continued chiming like someone sitt8ng there. I made an appointment went in and they said it would take three hours and asked if I wanted to shuttle, so I said, yes. About an hour past and the shuttle system person called my name to get a ride home, and then told me his car was too full and that he would have to come back and get me 2 more hours passed. And he came back and at that point I told him my car should be done any minute. I didn't see any point in going home for him to turn around, then come back and get me to bring me up there. I accidently posted on the main Ferguson page first instead of the service department, but it deserves to be repeated. Working with Chelsea in the service department was such a great experience. Dealing with our fleet management company can be such a hassle and Chelsea’s dedication and positive attitude made a normally unbearably-tedious process a pleasure to work through. I have Subaru vehicles in other cities and this has made me consider driving them all to Tulsa for service.
