Fernandez Used Auto Glass

I called Fernandes Auto Glass, and they answered the phone promptly, providing me with an estimate for my glass replacement. I informed them that I would arrive at the shop at 8:30 AM when they opened. When I got there, they were already open. The shop could use a thorough cleaning and a fresh coat of paint inside and out, including the bathroom, and new signs should be installed. However, the area in the back where they work was fairly clean, except for some pieces of glass on the floor near my car that should not have been there. They worked on my car for nearly three hours, and the total bill came to $414.60, which is significantly less than the $650 quoted by a competitor. There are crazy noises coming from it, and it's moving up and down very slowly. If I had paid $50 more, I would have had it done at the original dealer, and a perfectly compatible window would have been installed without any problems, but unfortunately, this company installs incompatible windows. They installed aftermarket windows that are incompatible with my car; they close very slowly compared to the other three windows. I wish I had paid the extra $50 and had the original Toyota windows installed. I came here to save $50, but I regret it. I'm going to go to the original Toyota dealership.

Twice now Fernandez's has been able to save my skin when my car was broken into. I was able to call in, they had the glass available, and they even got me in the same day. I'm very grateful for Fernandez's and I do recommend them!

These guys are amazing! They got me in the day I called and had the window repair done in less than an hour. That’s not even the best part. They charged 1/3 of what Safelite would have charged me. Job well done!
