Denny at Fern Auto is an amazing human being. I was nervous to get my car looked at after I backed into a light pole. Not looking forward to the process of dealing with a shop, being without a car for very long or a possible substantial bill, Denny alleviated all of my fears from our first meeting. His customer service put me at ease, his work was an A+, my car was finished before I realized I was without it, and the bill was substantially less than I had imagined. He came highly recommended and I am so glad i followed that advice.
