Woman in office was very polite and accommodating, Dave the mechanic is extremely curt, rude, and dismissive, needs to learn customer service skills when dealing with people. Brought a vehicle in to be inspected for a third party purchaser who is their customer, when stated I wanted to be present when vehicle was inspected, I was told to wait outside or he would remove it off the lift, I indicated I prefer to be with my vehicle but accommodated his request and started to walk outside, upon doing so I told the purchasers boy oh boy, at that point Dave said I'm taking it off the lift and you can go. My daughter had a nail in her tire ..slow leak. She had a long trip planned the next day. They got her in right away and plugged the tire ..and ..great price. Definitely found a new garage. Nice people! Great service!

The staff at Ferra's dropped what they were doing to help me diagnose a warning light right and some vibration in the steering column before we were scheduled to leave for a 5 hour ride home. After a quick inspection on the lift, they identified the issue as low tire pressure with no puncture. After inflating the tires to the proper levels, we were good to go on our trip. Considering we had no appointment, and were asking for a last minute service, I couldn't believe they wouldn't take any payment for helping me. Truly a great neighborhood asset!

One of the best experiences I’ve ever had with a mechanic. My vehicle was leaking gasoline and we called around to several different places, Ferra’s offered to take a look at it and attempt a fix as we were on a time crunch. Not only did they get us in much faster than expected, they were so friendly and communicated with us through the repair and estimated cost. I will be breaking up with my regular mechanic to continue going to Ferra’s. 10/10 thank you guys so much!!

Ferra’s came recommended to me by my brother, who has always been my mechanic, but recently hasn’t been available to do some of my work. I’ve been here a few times now and found them to be thorough, fair in pricing, and most importantly honest. I bought a new car recently (my first time making a bigger purchase) and had them look it over, they let me know a few things needed to be taken care of down the road but other wise was a good buy.
