I called last week and was told to bring my car in Tuesday at 8a. When I got there the guy behind the counter wouldn't even greet me so I didn't speak until he said something. Such a bad attitude. He said that there was nothing on the books about me bringing in my car. And then told me there was no one to look at my car because their tech quit. No apology. But I could call back in a week or so to see if they hired a new tech. I will never go back there and will tell people not to go there.

I've been going to the Cherry Valley location for well over 25+ years and these guys never disappoint. Tonight while driving my son to a class I thought my tire was making an odd sound. Thankfully I was close to the mall and so I hurried over to F&F knowing they would be closing soon but hoping for the best. As soon as I pulled up, Diego came right out to see what I needed. I explained the sudden issue I was having and he quickly saw the problem was a large screw in the tire. Even though he already had a customer to finish he offered to take care of my car afterwards and stay later. He gave me a fair price and I cannot express how appreciative I was that he happily stayed late just so I could get home safely tonight.

had my radiator replaced (i had radiator and hoses), coolant system flushed, and an alignment for $578 out the door. no more coolant leak and my car drives straight. couldnt be happier, will definitely come back for work i dont feel like doing myself

Called them in a time crunch and Troy was great and able to schedule me right away within 2 hours. I did have to cancel for other reasons but he was very nice and understanding. Will definitely use this location when I need it next time. Thanks Troy! EDIT** Had to come back after all the next day. Jason and Dave were absolutely amazing! They fixed a part on my car that I didn’t even know was broken and an extreme danger to drive. (They brought me back to show me the part as well). They fixed my issue at no extra expense! What auto mechanic does that? (I was there for only an alignment) I cannot say enough good things about this company! If you are a woman and afraid to go alone to the mechanic, please come here! Thank you guys so much!

The suspension on my car failed 3 days before Christmas, on a Sunday. Monday morning, desperate, I limped my car into the nearest repair shop. Diego was very understanding and promised that his technician would be able look at it within two hours. Sure, enough, within that time, Diego called with the diagnosis. They did not have a part needed to repair the problem, but he assured me it could be ordered and delivered the following day. He provided a complete list of what was needed and gave me a quote, which was very, very reasonable. The only issue was that I was stranded at work without my car, which would not be ready that day because of the missing part and it was not safe to drive until the repair was made. Diego graciously offered to personally drive me home at the end my shift,
