Ficarro's Collision

I brought my 2008 Toyota Solera convertible to Ficarro's earlier this month after someone backed into her, damaging two panels on the driver's side. They returned her to me looking better than before the accident, and communicated with me at every step in the journey. Even the inside was spotless. Thank you!

As I get older I thought I would wise up and go with the flow. Instead when something's not right I jump all over it. The opposite is also true. This body shop was recommended by my insurance company. I was pretty skeptical. From beginning to end this shop and it's people impressed me. My car looked so good I had to drive back to their location and tell them how impressed I was. My car looked better than it did when it was brand new. They even heard my remarks about the strange behavior since the accident and made sure to note it for the insurance company. They communicated extremely well and they made it a pleasure from start to finish. Thank you!
