Fieldhouse Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM

I just bought a 2017 Ram here and Owen Cooper was great. I had a slight issue with the truck and he was super quick to respond and friendly. He made sure it was taken care of right away. Wonderful experience.

Owen was a pleasure to work with, he found exactly what I wanted, updated me to a new much better vehicle with a lower payment, kept in touch with me personally throughout the deal, made the purchase very easy and pleasant, I will definitely be going to Owen for my future purchases.

I did not have a good experience with the service department at Fieldhouse dodge. I brought my jeep Cherokee in at the beginning of January to fix the heat. I told them that I was getting no heat out of the vents and I had a antifreeze leak. Long story short, they quoted me $750 dollars to fix a radiator hose and multiple other problems that they found with the jeep that was unrelated to my issue I came in for. Then a day later, they call me again and said I have a oil leak on the jeep, which I saw no history of in my driveway or during any oil changes. I told them I'd wait to fix that myself. They call me back again the next day and said that I lost 2 quarts of oil in one day. At this point they said the heat was fixed and that they highly recommended that the oil leak gets taken care of.

Owen Was amazing to work with! Got me in an amazing car, talked to me for months and months and worked hard to get the right car for me. Thanks again!!!!!!
