I have been doing my insurance for both personal and business with Aime and Janet since day one. They had always been very helpful and providing me with the best prices on the market. Every time I Call the office they answer right away with the right attitude and ready to help! I highly recommend the office and the staff working there.

Jane is nothing short of amazing! I initially contacted her over a month ago to cancel an existing policy and request a refund. She replied promptly, and the paperwork was completed and submitted within two hours of reaching out. The insurance company estimated a timeline of 7–10 business days for processing the refund. However, 15 days later, I still hadn’t received it. Upon contacting the insurance company myself, I learned that the document I had submitted was not in the correct format (I sent a photo, but they required it to be scanned). I reached out to Jane again, and she quickly resubmitted the document in the correct format, confirmed receipt, and even shared a copy of her chat with the agent, who assured us it would take another 3–5 business days. I was with another Fiesta agency that never helped me with anything. My insurance got cancelled and they didn't even tell me. I called Jane here at this Hialeah office and she was my LIFESAVER! She got me back on my policy with no penalties and has been helping me since ! My day of payment I get a reminder form her and she's always available and quick to answer! Everyone at the office is courteous and quick to help. I switched to them as soon as I could. HIGHLY RECCOMMEND ! Thank you Jane for being so awesome!

Seem to be farming personal Information as banking and social. I had spoken with insurance after nonpayment and had to make autopay arrangements directly in a private portal. I inform the agent of the insurance company’s privacy policy practice and autopay practice. It does not involve giving banking or debit info to the agent. The agent was defensive and said that the insurance company ‘must be racist’ against me? Other than being rude and unprofessional and not making much sense, the concern is the fraudulent practices of farming banking info that the insurance company insists and practices to take directly. Big red flag. I had my banking cards canceled because, of strange activity. Careful with providing your personal info. Watch your bank statements.
