I brought my vehicle to your shop to have the catalytic converter replaced, trusting that the work would be done properly. Not long after the replacement, my check engine light came back on. I returned to your establishment to address the issue, and you re-did the catalytic converter — which suggested there was a problem with the first job. Now, a year later, I'm still experiencing the same issue. Multiple independent shops have confirmed that the catalytic converter currently installed is the same one I originally paid to have replaced. Despite all the money I’ve spent, I’m back to square one with the same unresolved problem. When I returned to your shop again to request accountability, I was turned away and told you would no longer help me. That’s not how professional, ethical business

They end up fix my car and when I brought the car back to let them know my car is leaking Alex had bad customer service talking to me crazy like its my fault im having these leaks yeah bad business and customer dont bring you guys cars to his shop save your money.

I had my car at Fiesta Discount back in May 2024 and I had the most horrible experience with this shop. Over charged for minor work like bleeding the break. Never fix the correct problem and my car was freshly painted and left their with a big scratch on my car. Never ever want to do business there again and I wouldn't recommend anybody to ever go there for any automechanic work. Bad business.

Alex does outstanding work on the vehicles, he can sometimes be reasonable with his prices too. His guys try to always expedite any job they get. Been going here for years and I do mean years. I met him through my father when I was in my teens and fast forward now in my early forties. Good guys.
