Fife RV Center

Deanna was our sales rep and was very knowledgeable in handling the sale and trade in for our new 5th wheel. The transaction was smooth and they made sure everything was good to go when we arrived for pick up. Kristine did our walk through to make sure we knew where things were and how they work. The service staff was also great. The trailer was all cleaned and looked fantastic. Enjoyed all the personal and of course we love our new 5th wheel and can't wait to take it out! Would recommend this dealership.

Fife RV Center provided outstanding customer care and service, for 2023, Ram Promaster 3500, which far surpassed all expectation. SOK batteries and solar panels, suddenly stopped providing any power. We are from the East coast, and were desperate for trustworthy expertise and repair. From the moment I called Fife, Kevin and Chris, were patient, courteous, and very reassuring. Thank you Kevin, for treating my worried nerves, with comforting professionalism, warmth, and encouragement. In person and on the phone, your kindness was the gift, I didn't know I needed. Thank you, Chris, who's professional laser focus, produced an expedient diagnostic evaluation, repair estimate, and subsequent replacement of a defective kill switch. It meant, that an hour later, our vehicle was repaired, re

DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS DEALER! Purchased a 2026 5th wheel Coachman Chapparel, on the drive home the under belly came loose partially fell off and got pushed back by the axle. Immediately notified Fife and after 4 days was told that I have to handle it, it's my problem. Rachelina was the sales woman who just responded with that's bad then crickets from her. Kim from service the one who has told me per management they will not have their service technician come out, it's my problem to fix. I can then give them my paid receipts and I may get reimbursed. So I recommend NOT TO PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM FIFE RV!
