I’ve been into the shop multiple times - unfortunately this visit I needed a new engine in my 2015 Ram 1500. It wasn’t cheap, but Justin gave me options, walked me through what would be better in the long run, and kept in touch with updates. When I got the truck back, it had a few issues - jumping occasionally when it would change gears and the engine sounded like an R/C car when accelerating. I dropped it back off, they did a full transmission service at no charge and the truck runs amazingly so far! Once again, I’ll be back when the need arises! Great team!

Fifth gear - Allen had me a little confused at first, because I didn’t realize it was just an office at first. Once I realized I could drop my car off there and have them take it to the shop in McKinney, it felt like a nice convenience! They took a a look at my car issues and talked me through everything they found out from the initial diagnostic inspection which I really appreciated as I’m not a car guy. They even sent me a full detailed report with pictures that helped me understand the issues with my car! All that and they didn’t charge me a dime. I will definitely go back to them to get the repairs they recommended to get done after the holidays!
